The Liems Cookie Manager (hereinafter "the Extension") is developed by Trunk Software, Inc. with an absolute commitment to user privacy. The Extension has no backend server, collects no data whatsoever, and all information is processed 100% within your browser.

2 Data We Access

When you use the Extension's features, it accesses the following data from your current browser session:

• Browser cookies for Facebook, Instagram, and Meta domains
• Cookie names and values in header string format
• Saved cookie entries stored locally via Chrome Storage API

3 How Data Is Processed

All cookie data is processed directly within your browser. This data:

• Is stored exclusively using Chrome's local storage API on your device
• Is never transmitted to any external server
• Is never shared with any third party
• Can be deleted at any time through the extension interface or by uninstalling

5 Permissions Explained

Below is the reason each permission is required:

• cookies — Required to read, set, and clear cookies for Facebook, Instagram, and Meta domains. This is the core functionality of the Extension
• storage — Used to save cookie entries locally on your device so you can manage and restore sessions later
• tabs — Needed to navigate or reload platform tabs after login or cookie clearing operations
• browsingData — Allows targeted clearing of cookies for specific platforms without affecting other sites
• Host permissions (facebook.com, instagram.com, meta.com) — Limits the Extension to only these three domains. It cannot access any other website

6 Data Deletion

You have full control over your data at all times:

• Use the "Clear" button within the Extension to remove saved cookies for any platform
• Uninstall the Extension — all locally stored data will be automatically removed
• Clear extension data manually in browser settings (chrome://extensions)

7 Third-Party Services

The Extension does not connect to any third-party service. It operates in complete isolation within your browser. The only network activity occurs when you explicitly use the Login feature, which sets cookies and navigates to the respective platform's website (facebook.com, instagram.com, or meta.com).

8 Children

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 years of age. However, since the Extension does not collect any data whatsoever, there is no privacy risk related to children's data.

9 Policy Changes

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the new version will be published at this page along with the updated date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
